Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has tested positive for coronavirus.
According to the minister, he has tested positive for the virus. He added that his symptoms were mild and that he felt fine. “Inshallah will get well soon,” the federal minister added.
Earlier, the minister attended a Kamyab Jawan programme ceremony in Islamabad and distributed cheques among the event participants and addressed them. He was accompanied by Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar.
Pakistan has reported 2,253 cases on May 25 while 92 people have died due to the deadly virus.
