KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has issued post Ramzan office and trading timings to facilitate clearing within banking hours with relaxation advised by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
According to revised timings, PSX will operate from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm from Monday to Friday. The notice issued by the PSX management said that the market pre-open session will be from 9:15 am to 9:30 am, whereas the market restrictive period will be from 9:32 am to 9:33 am from Monday to Friday.
PSX said that the orders entered during the pre-open session cannot be canceled, modified, or suspended till the end of the restrictive period.
During Ramzan, PSX had slashed trading timings due to COVID-19 situation and guidelines given by NCOC.
The post-close session will be from 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, it will be from 5:00 pm to 5:15 pm whereas the trade rectification time will be from 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm from Monday to Thursday and 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday.
