Mobile phone service across Rawalpindi and in nearby districts will be shut down from 4:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. PKT at the request of the PPO/IGP Punjab, because of Tehreek e Labbaik’s Rally against French caricatures in Islamabad. Khadim Rizvi, Patron in Chief of TLP, will be leading the rally.
