Prices of petroleum products may fall by Rs11 per liter from December 16, according to reports.
According to industry insiders, the price of petrol is expected to fall by Rs11 per liter while diesel is projected to drop by Rs9 per litre.
The government will finalise petroleum product prices after either hiking or lowering tax rates.
The price of crude oil has seen a decline worldwide recently.
On Nov 30, the government had announced to maintain the prices of petroleum products for the first half of December in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s decision.
