Pakistan to reduce international flights to 20 per cent from May 5

Pakistan has decided to reduce inbound international travel from May 5 to May 20, under which the global flights to the country will be reduced to 20 per cent during this period.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre, Pakistan has significantly reduce inbound international air travel.

According to new restrictions, inbound air traffic will operate at 20 per cent of total current quantum.

Earlier this week, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) listed 20 countries whose passengers don’t require a PCR test to enter Pakistan.

These countries have been placed in Category A and include Australia, Bhutan, China, Fiji, Japan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Mongolia, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Vietnam.
