Pakistan reports over 3,000 COVID-19 cases for the third consecutive day

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) reported 3,113 new cases while 54 people lost their lives to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

As of November 27, the total active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan are 45,533. Yesterday, around 42,214 tests were conducted with Sindh conducting 10,585; Punjab: 18,198; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 4,899; Islamabad: 7,228; Balochistan: 1,030; Gilgit Baltistan: 312 and Azad Kashmir 908

Out of 1772 vents allocated for COVID-19 in the country, 276 vents are currently occupied. There is no patient on vent in AJK, GB and Balochistan.

A total of 389,311 cases have been detected so far (AJK 6501, Balochistan 17008, GB 4598, ICT 28980, KP 46281, Punjab 117160 and Sindh 168783)

Till now, Pakistan has conducted 5,386,916 tests. Currently, 2,647 patients are being treated in 765 COVID-19 facilities in the country.

Pakistan has recorded 7,897 deaths thus far.
