Pakistan Navy ship brings medical supplies for COVID-19 from Bahrain

A special Pakistan Navy Ship NASR carrying critical healthcare equipment and supplies to cater third wave of COVID-19 reached Karachi. The supplies have been given to Pakistan from the Kingdom of Bahrain. This will facilitate in improving medical infrastructure and response towards COVID-19 emergencies.

Consul General Kingdom of Bahrain, Yaser Isa Ajlan Isa Al Heddi, Commander Karachi Logistic Area Maj Gen Muhammad Zafar Iqbal and senior army and navy officers were present at Karachi Port to receive the shipment.

Pakistan Navy has always remained at the forefront to contribute towards nation building and extend assistance to government during natural calamities.

The medical supplies assistance has been gifted to Pakistan by the Kingdom of Bahrain. This act of generosity by the people of Bahrain in these testing times will always be remembered and will further strengthen brotherly relations between the two Muslim countries.
