Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed the Country Strategy Dialogue on Pakistan held by the World Economic Forum on Wednesday. “The current Pakistan of 2020s is all about creating wealth by industrialising, by making it easy for industries, and then using this wealth to lift up people out of poverty,” he told participants. “This is the first government in Pakistan since the 1960s which has made it a point that we want to make profit-making easy for people and investors.”
Prime Minister informed participants about the measures which were taken during pandemic. “We open our economy quicker than others. We had a cash program where we had given 15 million families cash,” he said.
