Outgoing Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Khan paid a farewell call to PM Imran Khan

Islamabad: The outgoing Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Imran Khan today. During the meeting, the Prime Minister appreciated the meritorious services of the outgoing Air Chief rendered in the service of the nation and wished him well.

Earlier in the day, the Government of Pakistan has appointed Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu as the new Chief of Air Staff with effect from 19 March 2021.

The Current Chief of Air Staff Mujahid Anwar Khan will be relieved of his duties to lead the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and his command would be handed to his successor at the change of command ceremony to be held at the Air Headquarters here on March 19.
