Moscow to hold Troika talks on Afghanistan on March 18, 2021. Troika+ includes Pakistan, Russia, China, and the United States. The meeting will be centered around a special representative level.
Following the first session, the second round of talks will commence with the Afghan government and political representatives, on the same day in Moscow.
This will mark the third round of Troika+ talks, which have been previously held in Doha and Beijing.
