IBCC; Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, revealed that a ‘fake’ notification is circulating on social media, stating the postponement of examinations.
“Please don’t consider any news, unless posted from the official source,” IBCC’s tweet read.
Earlier, news regarding a delay in examinations had made rounds on social media, when a notification declaring postponement went viral. It stated that Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examinations scheduled for May-July 2021 will be rescheduled in August-October 2021, on account of rising coronavirus cases.
