Advisor to Prime Minister for Commerce, Textile, Industry and Production Abdul Razak Dawood has said that exports in November are the highest they have been in the last 10 years.
In a tweet he said that despite COVID-19 pandemic in November the exports stood at $2.156 billion.
He said in the current fiscal year of 2020-21 the country recorded exports of $9.73 billion whereas last year in the same period the total exports were $9.54 billion. After a gap of 10 years the exports in November crossed $2 billion mark.
He hoped that exporters will make efforts to maintain this trend.
