The cabinet on Friday approved 10 percent raise in salaries and pension of government employees.
The cabinet met in Islamabad with Prime Minister in the chair and approved finance bill 2021-22.
The cabinet has also approved slapping taxes on mobile phones, the sources said.
It is suggested to raise minimum wage to Rs20,000.
The budget will be presented before the National Assembly for approval in the session scheduled to begin at 4pm.
