Bunny’s to spend Rs 350 mln on bakery and snacks section to meet demand

Karachi: Bunnys Limited, the baking and raw material providing company involved in co-manufacturing with Pepsico, Unilever’s Wall’s and Engro’s Omore, has decided to expand its bakery and snacks section of production to meet rising demand.

The Board of directors, in a meeting, has approved a capacity expansion in both bakery and snacks sections to meet the growing demand, Bunnys Limited said in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today. The proposed expansion involves a capital expenditure of approximately Rs 300 to Rs 350 million. This expansion is in addition to the already underway capacity expansions for the production of Burger buns. The expansion will have a healthy impact on revenue, the stamen said.

Bunny’s is the maker of quality bakery products in Pakistan. The factory is situated in Lahore. Bunny’s is the major supplier of high-quality products to various cities all over Pakistan and internationally. The company claims to use only the highest graded raw materials to produce wholesome baked goods, rusk, cake, cupcakes, fruit buns, savoury snacks, and various frozen goods.
