The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is likely to resume from May 23. Both, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the franchise owners have reached an agreement on this, according to the sources.

There will be a seven to ten-day quarantine period for the overseas players but the final decision will be taken after consulting with the foreign firm hired for the bio-secure bubble. Karachi has already been confirmed as the venue for the remaining games.

A mini-draft will also take place before the resumption so that franchises can select players who are available in that window.

On March 4, the PSL was postponed after rising COVID-19 cases among the players and support staff.
