President of China Xi Jinping sent a letter to President Arif Alvi wishing him a speedy recovery from the coronavirus, affirming China’s support to Pakistan during the Pandemic.
The Chinese president stressed the need for joint efforts to build a closed China-Pakistan community as well. The Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Nong Rong, tweeted to inform the media about the letter.
President of Pakistan Dr Arif Avli contracted the coronavirus earlier, two weeks after he had gotten one dose of the Chinese vaccine that Pakistan is using.
