Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday said that government’s effort to control inflation is finally showing. The premier took to Twitter and said, “More good news on the economic front. Our efforts to reduce inflation are now showing results. Consumer price index and core inflation are both now lower than when our government was formed.”
He further asked his economic team to build on this and stay vigilant to keep inflation under control in the coming months.
