Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday took to Twitter and posted a video shared by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in which it lauded Pakistan’s effort in combating climate change, environmental policies and resolute action against COVID-19.
PM Imran said, “The effectiveness of the PTI’s policies in combating environmental hazards, particularly in curbing coronavirus along with the “Green Recovery Program” and “Climate Action Plan” is being recognized globally.”
In the video, the WEF also highlighted and recognised the efforts in developing 15 new national parks in the recent past.
