Prime Minister Imran Khan distributed ‘Kisan Card’ on Monday and said that this will help Pakistan move towards modern agriculture.

The premier said this while addressing the distribution ceremony of the Kisan Cards in Multan. “The Kisan Card is an amazing concept and the help the farmers would receive through it would “transform and change Pakistan because farmers are actually the backbone of Pakistan”.

PM Imran is in Multan for a one-day official visit where he will lay the foundation stone of the South Punjab Secretariat. Other than this, the premier will inaugurate several welfare projects like the E-Khidmat Center, Labour Housing Colony Industrial Estate Phase I, and a new shelter home building.

He will also launch five Miyawaki forests under the Clean and Green Pakistan campaign and the rehabilitation project of Multan-Mattital road.
