Pakistan has successfully test fired Fatah-1 missile the indigenously developed guided multi-launch rocket system, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release on Tuesday.
The missile is capable of carrying conventional warheads, the ISPR said.
“The weapon system will give Pakistan Army the capability of precision target engagement deep in enemy territory,” added the ISPR.
President Dr Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa have congratulated the participating troops and scientists on the successful conduct of flight test.
