Regardless of the uncertainty around due to Covid-19, the first half of the tournament was managed pretty well by Pakistan Cricket Board. Multan saw some exciting high-scoring games. The cricketing caravan now moves to Rawalpindi where rest of the nineteen fixtures will be played. Time to look at top performers of the tournament so far.
Top Five Batsmen
Batsmen had a run-fest in Multan with teams scoring 200 plus regularly. Abdullah Shafiq, playing his first T20 tournament is leading the run-scoring charts. Followed by the veteran Muhammad Hafeez. Imam-ul-Haq, Zeeshan Malik and Haris Sohail have also looked in fine touch.
Top Five Bowlers
Pace bowlers are dominating the wicket chart. Shaheen Shah Afridi is sitting at the top of the ladder with two fifers. Shadab Khan is the only spinner to feature in the list. Muhammad Musa, Haris Rauf and Ehsan Adil complete the list.
