Pakistan has reported 69 deaths and 3,909 new infections due to coronavirus.
According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) data released on Sunday, the number of positive cases surged to 1,152,481 and the nationwide tally of fatalities jumped to 25,604.
According to statistics on official website (covid.gov.pk), in the last 24 hours, 62,918 coronavirus tests were conducted across the country of which 3,909 turned out to be positive. Thus the positivity ratio of the country stood at 6.21 percent in the 24 hours.
At present, there are 93,504 active COVID-19 cases in the country, while a total of 1,033,373 people have recovered from the virus.
