Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said cancellation of England cricket team’s tour was a writing on the wall after New Zealand abandoned their tour to Pakistan.
Sheikh Rashid, furious at the calling off the tour by New Zealand, said it seemed that cricket is one of the issues in the world.
He said that one should not live in illusion. the world of dreams.
After the departure of the New Zealand cricket team, it was clear that the England team would not come either.
On Monday, Sheikh Rashid during a press conference in Lahore, had criticised the cancellation of New Zealand’s tour to Pakistan.
His statement is viral on social media in which he said that the New Zealand did not have as many army as Pakistan had provided security to its cricket team.
