Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah has said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) decision to postpone long march was not a wise move.

Speaking to the media after appearing before the special court in Lahore on Saturday, he said that we should have launched the long march. It was a wrong decision to cancel the long march, but we would start the march after Eidul Fitr and sacrifice them [the government] before the Eidul Azha.

Rana Sana said that he believed that the People’s Party (PPP) was not in favor of resignations due to its government in Sindh. thought that maybe PPP is avoiding resignations because of Sindh government.

The PML-N leader expressed the hope that the PPP would discuss the resignations issue in its Central Executive Committee meeting and come out with a positive attitude.

The PDM would consider the issue after the PPP meeting and resolve the difference on resignations and launch long march to get rid of the PTI government, he added.
