Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan paid a farewell call on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters (GHQ) today.
General Bajwa thanked Air Chief Marshal Khan for his services to the nation during a long and illustrious career.
The COAS also appreciated the CAS’s dynamic leadership and professionalism displayed during operation Swift Retort, and his critical support rendered in the fight against terrorism. The COAS said that because of the Air Chief’s immense efforts and quality leadership, Pakistan Air Force today is a force second to none.
Earlier, upon arrival at the GHQ, the CAS was presented with the a Guard of Honour at Yadgar-e-Shuhada.
