In the last 24 hours, 1,404 people tested positive for COVID-19 in Pakistan while 31 lost their lives, according to the latest statistics released by the National Command and Control Centre (NCOC). Most casualties were seen in the province of Punjab followed by Sindh.

As of February 11, the total active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan stand at 25,635. Yesterday, 34,475 tests were conducted with Sindh conducting 10,584; Punjab: 12,586; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 6,184; Islamabad: 3,485; Balochistan: 701; Gilgit-Baltistan: 370 and Azad Kashmir: 565.

Out of 1,756 ventilators reserved for COVID-19 patients in the country, 264 ventilators are currently occupied. There is no patient on the ventilator in AJK, GB and Balochistan.

A total of 563,029 cases have been detected so far in the country with AJK reporting 9,448; Balochistan: 18,929; GB: 4,940; ICT: 42,590, KPK: 69,778; Punjab: 163,833 and Sindh: 253,511.

Till now, Pakistan has recorded 12,307 deaths. Punjab is on top of the list with 5,037 casualties followed by Sindh: 4,212; KPK: 1,991; Islamabad: 485; Balochistan: 199; GB: 102 and AJK: 281.

631 hospitals in Pakistan are equipped with COVID-19 facilities with 2,125 patients being treated. Till now, Pakistan has conducted 8,434,098 tests.
